New work out plan!!!!

I have been so lazy and i really want to stop i mean i weigh great but i just want to tighten up things so it show my 115 weight n not have excess fat but its hard but i have so much time off i think im going to start a working out blog with pics to see if im progressing n mayb it will help me not procrastinate :(
